GuestReady.ai is a product of CPMSD, LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.
When you join our waitlist, we collect your email address. When you use our service, we may also collect your name, phone number, property address, cleaner contact information, and booking data from your Airbnb account.
We use your information to operate GuestReady.ai — specifically to coordinate cleaner scheduling, send SMS messages on your behalf, track turnover completion, and communicate with you about your account. We also use email addresses collected through our waitlist to send product updates.
GuestReady.ai sends SMS messages to cleaners on behalf of our users. Cleaner phone numbers are provided by the host and are used solely for turnover coordination. We do not sell or share cleaner phone numbers with third parties.
We use third-party services to operate our platform, including Google Workspace (data storage), Twilio (SMS messaging), and standard web hosting providers. These services have their own privacy policies. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide our services. You can request deletion of your data at any time by emailing us.
We take reasonable measures to protect your information. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure.
We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or through our service.
